From March 31 to April 4, 2025, the HANNOVER MESSE 2025, the 2025 Hannover Messe in Germany, kicked off at the Hannover Exhibition Center in Germany.


Microcreative Tech. Co.,Ltd. one of the few domestic high-tech enterprises specialized in the R&D of CMOS millimeter-wave chips and radar sensing products, showcased its ADV level gauge radar, compact level gauge, and guided wave radar level gauge at the event. During the exhibition, the company also presented a series of products including 80GHz millimeter-wave radar water level meters, radar flow velocity meters, radar flow meters, and 80GHz radar liquid level meters. These displays attracted numerous overseas professional visitors from the industry, who highly recognized the company’s technologies and expressed strong cooperation intentions.



ADV Radar Level meter

At this exhibition,Microcreative Semiconductor's ADV Radar Level meter is designed for wide-ranging industrial conditions, supporting a comprehensive set of antenna lens accessories. It can stably measure process temperatures from -196°C to 450°C, and by adding a dedicated high-temperature flange, it can even be applied to measurement scenarios up to 1000°C. Leveraging its proprietary millimeter-wave chip and waveguide antenna technology, the ADV Level Gauge Radar achieves special optimization for industrial measurement scenarios, ensuring superior stability and precision. 


The ADV Radar Level meter accurately measures both solid and liquid media, with professional algorithms developed for different scenarios to ensure stable measurement in weak-signal and high-interference environments. Through its non-linear output function, the radar can convert output signals into various business data such as volume, weight, and flow rate.

It has obtained the SIL2 certification from TÜV, providing corresponding safety guarantees, and has also passed the European CE certification, Hart certification from the Hart Foundation, and ATEX explosion-proof certification, meeting the usage requirements of most regions and industries worldwide. The radar enables digital connectivity with customer systems through FDT/DTM technology, facilitating real-time data acquisition and asset management for customers.



Functional Features

  • The equipment has obtained TÜV SIL2 certification, European CE certification, Hart certification from the Hart Foundation, and ATEX explosion-proof certification, and supports the FDT/DTM technology framework.

  • Through configuration and calibration, the equipment can output business data such as level, volume, weight, and flow rate.

  • Special algorithms have been designed for measurement scenarios including powder measurement, liquid agitation, and low-dielectric-constant materials, ensuring stable and accurate measurement in various challenging conditions.

  • The equipment is equipped with a full range of antenna lenses and enclosures in multiple materials, supporting a process temperature range of -196°C to 450°C and a process pressure range of up to 5MPa.

Compact Radar level meter

The LM78XX-NC Series Compact Radar Level Gauge features an all-plastic integrated housing design with certain corrosion resistance. Its compact overall structure enables easy deployment, and commissioning is simple and quick. It offers both high precision and stability in measurements under simple operating conditions. This radar is used for measuring water storage, manholes, or natural rivers in water treatment, municipal, and water conservancy sectors, and it can also be applied to solid material measurement.

Guided Wave Radar Level Meter

The Guided Wave Radar Level Meter is based on the TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) principle and is designed for a wide range of operating conditions. It is compatible with cable, rod, and coaxial antennas, enabling maintenance-free measurement of liquid and solid levels in various media. Even in environments with condensation, foam, adhesion, crystallization, or vapor, the guided wave radar operates stably and reliably.

Developed by MicroDee Semiconductor with years of on-site level measurement experience, this gauge leverages proprietary millimeter-wave chips and waveguide antenna technology to achieve special optimization for industrial measurement scenarios, ensuring superior stability and precision. It can accurately and reliably measure levels in the vast majority of industrial applications. The newly launched guided wave radar level meter, built on the TDR principle, is ready for diverse operational conditions.





Functional Features

  • The product is designed in accordance with ATEX/IEC explosion-proof system in the beginning. It supports HART7.0 and FDT/DTM technology system.

  • The instrument can output data such as level, volume, weight and flow rate through setting and calibration.

  • Based on TDR (Time domain reflectometry) principle, it measure level in contact style with higher reliability and stability.

  • For medium such as water, the upper/lower blind area is small, it can be used normally even in small containers.

  • Based on the dedicated chip and antenna design, combined with a unique algorithm, guided wave radar level meter can measure the upper and lower interface of two immiscible mediums.

  • Guided wave radar level meter can choose cable antenna, rod antenna, coaxial antenna, and many other materials to contact the liquid,  it's suitable for most industries such as chemical, petro, pharmaceutical, steel, energy, environmental protection, shipbuilding and so on, the application is much widely.
