HBS-7800 millimeter wave security inspection channel
    HBS-7800 millimeter wave security screening lane, researched and developed by Microcreative, is a non-cooperative and unobtrusive security check device for prohibited objects on the human body.
    Based on the 80GHz millimeter wave chip researched and developed by Microcreative, the device uses large-scale MIMO digital phased array and active imaging technology to realize the imaging effect combining high frame rate (HFR) real-time millimeter wave imaging for the open space and high-definition (HD) video image.
    The device checks the passengers in real time and identifies the prohibited objects, such as metal, liquid, ceramics, etc., that are hidden under the clothes, while ensuring that the large passenger flow can go through the lane smoothly.
Features

    HBS-7800 millimeter wave security screening lane uses active millimeter wave imaging technology and AI recognition algorithm to realize the check of prohibited objects made of different materials and in different shapes, such as liquid, metal, semiconductor, plastic, gelatinous substance, ceramics, composite material.
The device adopts a pass-through security screening mode, ensuring passengers experience a convenient and comfortable security check process.
The device also utilizes modularized radar array design, which can achieve a faster response and require no mechanical motion components. Low-maintenance and stable for long term use, the device requires no calibration after factory shipment.



Non-contact security screening

The device detects prohibited objects on passengers after passing
 through the lane without requiring them to stop or cooperate.

Effective for a large passenger flow

The device supports a minimum of 1200 people per hour in 
single-person mode and offers multi-person mode.

Radar and video combination

The device combines HD video image and millimeter wave imaging radar technology to display the position 

of the passenger and prohibited objects. It also supports multiple people to pass through at the same time.

Intelligent identification

The device uses AI algorithm to fast locate the position of prohibited objects on human body. 

The algorithm achieves a minimum accuracy of 90% in identifying the types of prohibited objects.

High-resolution detection

The device integrates a self-researched and developed 80GHz millimeter wave chip, 

providing a linear resolution of no less than 3mm and a spatial resolution of no less than 5mm.

HFR acquisition

The device adopts electronic array scanning, achieving image acquisition at a rate of no less than 14 frames per second, 

resulting in more comprehensive data.

     Now, HBS-7800 millimeter security screening lane has been deployed in Xian subway and Kunming subway. While keeping a smooth passenger flow, the device accurately detects and reports the prohibited objects banned by the rail traffic, such as liquid, metal knives, ceramic knives, guns, and other objects. The device also uses AI algorithm to reveal the hidden location of the objects, improving the recheck efficiency of security examiners. HBS-7800 has received positive feedback from customers.
